Because we believe the best way to accomplish teamwork is by basing some, or all, of the fee on the results obtained, we offer several alternatives to standard, by the hour billing. WE DON'T WASTE MOTION. We perform a detailed written case strategy and discovery game plan up front in collaboration with you to determine the best way to win the case in a cost efficient and strategically effective manner. We then develop the case in accordance with that game plan.

WE DON'T WASTE RESOURCES. We can handle your largest and most complex matters, but we do not believe that it should be at your unnecessary expense. Our office space reflects our values: there is no palatial waiting area or "partner-size" office; every square-foot of space has a cost effective and functional use. We approach your case the same way.

WE DON'T MANAGE LITIGATION. WE HANDLE IT. The lawyers you hire are the lawyers you get day-to-day.

WE DO EAT ELEPHANTS. Some clients have asked if we have the resources to handle significant matters. After all, on a significant case, we are few while our adversaries at big firms are many. Having practiced for a combined 40 years at large international law firms, we know that staffing with a lot of lawyers, paralegals and project assistants does not necessarily translate into results or even into a strategic advantage. Through the use of technology, strategic planning, and hard work, we eat elephants just like the big firms: one bite at a time.
